Paul is experienced in operating luxury urban and resort hotels, residence clubs, food and beverage operations, resort homeowners associations, and private clubs and has demonstrated success in leading multiple and complex operations in challenging environments.

Targeted for vibrant locations Artage would create great value for guests and investors.

The resort also features two Pete Dye designed golf courses. La Quinta was developed in 1926 to serve as a hideaway for the Hollywood creative class and it is steeped in a rich history of Hollywood lore. PGA West is the "Home of Golf" in the western U.S. and hosts the annual PGA Humana Challenge golf tournament. The development features 6 golf courses, PGA West Golf Academy and a private club. Guest's at the La Quinta Resort have playing privileges at the Nicklaus Tournament, TPC Stadium, and Greg Norman courses. The PGA West private club features courses designed by Palmer, Nicklaus and Weiskopf and preferred tee times on the Norman course. The Health and Racquet Club offers members 19 tennis courts with hard, grass and har-tru clay surfaces. The Citrus Club is a private club that features an 18-hole course designed by Pete Dye. All told there are 9 golf courses and two private clubs included in the resort portfolio. In addition to the businesses highlighted above the Managing Director also provides guidance and leadership in retail operations and California Lifestyles Realty, a 43 agent full service real estate sales and rental company.
